When we first met we were so much in love
People around us kept saying how happy we were
And how much love we had for each other
One that will go on forever

The look in your eyes were heavenly bliss
Each time you kissed me my heart just purred

Who would ever think that even with this love
We had different roads in life's journey
Even with this wonderful love we must part

And go our own way

This doesn't mean I love you less
I think my love for you will never end
But God had our plans all lied out
We must head that way

But just remember Darling
